SMS Provider
This section provides information on SMS provider integration. The SMS service is used for Hotspot authentication and to receive some alerts.
Configure SMS Settings 💬
You can receive many critical notifications such as alerts on the logger, report outputs, event tracking via your own SMS provider. Please follow the steps below to configure the SMS settings:
In order to use the sms service, you must have a subscription to any sms provider.
Some sms providers require an API user. If the sms provider you are using requires an API user, contact the provider and request an API user for Logger.
Some sms providers may impose IP restrictions when sending sms. If such a restriction exists, contact your sms provider and authorize your external IP address to send sms.
How To Use ? 🤔
To add a SMS Provider, go to Integrations > SMS Providers
Add SMS Provider
- From the SMS Providers page, click the Create New button and enter the information required by your sms provider.
- Then click on the Send Message button and check the messagebox of your recipient phone.
- If you received the test sms, you can save the settings by pressing the Add button.
